Cancellation

Cancel any time, in a few taps.

Here is how to stop a monthly or yearly plan, in plain words.

Short version

Cancel stops the next charge.

If paid checkout is not open yet, there is nothing to cancel and FinishHigh cannot charge you.

Cancel in your account

Log in and open Membership. Choose "Cancel at end of period", or choose Manage billing to open the secure Paddle customer portal and cancel there. You do not need to call anyone or give a reason. Every Paddle receipt email also has a cancel link.

Or cancel by email

Email hello@finishhigh.com from your account email and write "Please cancel my plan." We will cancel it and confirm by email.

What cancelling does

Cancelling stops your next charge. Monthly plans stop renewing each month. Yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the year.

Your access after cancelling

You keep your paid features until the end of the time you already paid for. After that your account goes back to free. Free lessons and the study library stay open.

Your progress

Your account, answers, mistakes and progress stay saved after you cancel. If you want your account deleted, email us and ask.

Money back

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. After that, cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund time you already had. Wrong charges are always refunded. See the Refund Policy.

GED® test services from GED Testing Service

Cancelling FinishHigh does not cancel anything on GED.com, such as GED Ready or a booked test. Manage those on GED.com.
