Refund Policy

Refunds, in plain words.

Our refund rules are short on purpose, so you can read them in a minute.

Short version

Ask within 7 days for a full refund.

This applies to the first payment on either plan. After that, cancel any time to stop the next charge. If paid checkout is not open yet, FinishHigh cannot charge you.

7-day full refund

If you are not happy, ask within 7 days of your first payment on either plan and we refund that payment in full. After 7 days, we do not refund time you already had, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next charge.

Wrong charges

If we charge you by mistake, for example twice for the same period or after you cancelled, we always refund the wrong charge.

Your rights under the law

If a law where you live gives you more refund rights than this page, the law comes first.

How to ask about a charge

Email hello@finishhigh.com from your account email. Tell us the date of the charge, the plan and what went wrong. Do not send card numbers. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.

Who sends the money back

Paddle.com is our online reseller and Merchant of Record, so Paddle takes your payment and handles returns. When a refund is approved, Paddle pays it back to the card or account you paid with. Banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

GED® test costs

FinishHigh does not sell the GED® test, GED Ready® or other GED.com products. Refunds for those follow GED.com's own rules.

Cancelling is separate:

A refund gives money back. Cancelling stops future charges. See the cancellation page for how to stop a plan.
