How billing works
Monthly: $9, charged once a month from the day you start, until you cancel.
Yearly: $50, charged once for 12 months. It renews for another year unless you cancel first.
Checkout is run by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax and sends your receipt. FinishHigh never sees or stores your card number.
Paid checkout is not open yet, so nobody is being charged right now.

How to cancel
Log in, open Profile and choose Manage billing. Or email hello@finishhigh.com from your account email.
Cancelling stops your next charge. You keep paid features until the end of the time you already paid for.
Your progress stays saved, and the free library stays open.
Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Wrong charges are always refunded. See the refund policy and how to cancel.

What is included?+
A free account already covers practice in all four subjects, the practice exam, writing practice and progress tracking, plus a free sample: 8 of 16 missions, 3 of 5 boss battles, up to 50 saved mistakes, 10 Coach explanations a day and 2 of 4 workbooks. Both paid plans give full access with no limits, all four workbooks and the full next-step plan, saved to your account.
Does this include the GED® test?+
No. FinishHigh is independent practice for the GED® test. The GED® test and GED Ready® are separate. There is no pass guarantee.
Can I cancel?+

Who handles my payment?+
Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so your card statement shows Paddle. Paddle handles payment, tax, receipts and returns. For a refund or billing question you can contact Paddle, or email hello@finishhigh.com and we will help.
Is the Coach a real person?+
No. The Coach and the Writing Lab are automated practice tools. They give quick explanations and practice feedback by computer. There is no live tutoring, no human coaching, and nobody writes or edits your work for you.
What stays free?+
Complete basic lessons with answers, official booklet links, government information, scholarship sources and a saved opportunity shortlist. Membership adds original workbooks and a school-and-aid plan saved across devices.
How does renewal work?+
Monthly membership renews at $9 each month. Yearly membership renews at $50 each year. Both continue until canceled. Review your next renewal and cancel in Membership → Manage billing, or with the cancel link in any Paddle receipt email. Official exam fees are separate.
