Rules for using FinishHigh.

Who we are

FinishHigh (finishhigh.com) is an independent online study practice service for the GED® test. In these terms, "FinishHigh", "we" and "us" mean the FinishHigh brand, the seller of FinishHigh memberships. You can reach us at hello@finishhigh.com.

What FinishHigh provides

FinishHigh provides self-study practice: lessons, practice questions, a placement check, missions, progress tracking, a Mistake Notebook, an automated Coach that shows explanations and hints, and an automated Writing Lab that scores practice essays. It does not provide the GED® test.

Automated tools, not tutoring

The Coach and the Writing Lab are automated software. They are not a live tutor, a teacher or a human coach, and nobody reviews your work in real time. The Writing Lab gives automated practice feedback on essays you write yourself. It is not a writing, editing or essay service: it does not write, rewrite or edit essays for you, and its practice score is not a GED® test score.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms, which are shown at checkout. FinishHigh never sees or stores your card number.

Paid plans and renewal

Membership is $9 per month or $50 per year in U.S. dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle and shown before you pay. Plans renew at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel any time to stop the next charge, and you keep paid features until the end of the time you already paid for.

Refunds

You can get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment on either plan. After that, we do not refund time already used. Wrong charges are always refunded, and if local law gives you more rights, the law comes first. Refunds are paid back by Paddle to your original payment method. Student responsibility

Use FinishHigh honestly, keep your login private, and check GED.com rules before scheduling or paying for the real GED® test.

FinishHigh is independent. GED® and GED Ready® are products of GED Testing Service. FinishHigh is not affiliated with or endorsed by GED Testing Service and does not own the GED® brand or the GED® test.

No guarantee

FinishHigh can help you prepare and see progress, but it cannot guarantee a passing score, admission or financial aid. Confirm readiness with GED Ready® scores.

Account help

For support, email hello@finishhigh.com. Logged-in students can change their password from the Profile page. For a payment question you can also contact Paddle through the link in your receipt email.
